Introducing Semalt's Dedicated SEO Dashboard For Businesses

Semalt continues on its mission of being the leading SEO agency that offers the best services at the most affordable prices. Our new Dedicated SEO dashboard is one way we can revolutionize the digital marketing world in all the right ways.

Now, if you haven't heard about Semalt, here is a quick introduction.

What is Semalt?

Semalt is a full-stack digital agency that provides exceptional SEO, web development, and management services. Recently, we upped our game with the introduction of our DSD platform, making us the perfect partner for any and every webmaster and marketer.

Our DSD platform is so amazing that anyone can easily build their website on their own with just $10 per domain. What this means is that you can get the services your competition enjoys from other more expensive platforms like Ubersuggest and Ahrefs at a more affordable price.

Now you must be wondering if you get the same quality on DSD. Yes, you would, but we understand that you wouldn't just take our word, so we have designed this article to help you explore our revolutionary tool. By the end, you would not only love our tool, but you will see how easy it can be to build a website that will draw traffic.

Using the Dedicated SEO Dashboard tool

The tool instantly demonstrates how user-friendly it as soon as you sign up. To make your experience as users friendly as possible, you have several sign-in / login options. First, you can create a username for Semalt, or you can sign in to your DSD account by linking your Google or Facebook account. Just like other sites that use these options for login, we will take the information stored on your Facebook or Google account and implement it in your Semalt account. For users who aren't comfortable with that option, you can create an account on Semalt and edit your information as you see fit.

Once you've successfully created an account, you will be greeted with four important pieces:
  1. Account bar
  2. Language
  3. Call for help
  4. The Dedicated SEO Dashboard
The first three items are quite straightforward and easy to figure out. However, here is a brief explanation of the function of each piece:
  1. Account Bar: this allows users to easily change their account information and access downloads.
  2. The language option: this button allows users to change the language of the text on the page to one of eleven different languages.
  3. Call for help: this alerts a Semalt customer care representative that a user is in distress. You should click this button if you have any questions or concerns that you will need to be clarified.
These options are available in any service you opt for on DSD because it is fundamental that you have these options at your disposal. Once you're logged in to your profile, you can access these options in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. That way, you can access it when you need to, but it is carefully placed so that it doesn't distract you.

The Dedicated SEO Dashboard

The last section is what some consider the core of DSD. In fact, that is the name of the last section: Dedicated SEO Dashboard. Users can hide or display this section by clicking the three-line graphic in the upper left-hand corner of the page. It is helpful to tuck away this option, so it doesn't distract you while working.

Our dedicated SEO Dashboard can be broken down further into eight important sub-sections

Website list

Users running multiple projects at once can click this tab to quickly move between each task. This is an amazing feature because navigating through multiple projects has gotten a lot easier, unlike our competitors. Now you have more time to spend optimizing your website. Our tool also allows you to keep an eye on your competition. Just like that old saying, keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Add website button

Here is how you can add a website with just a click to the list above. All you need to do is click the big blue button, type in the website domain name into the query and submit. It's as simple as that. You can also upload or submit a text list when you plan on monitoring multiple sites. This makes your job easier as you wouldn't need to individually submit each item. You can also include important keywords by typing them in the slice button. Once you have included the domain, you can sit back and watch our program do the rest. All you then need to do is go through the different items listed below and find the important information you need.

The dashboard

Our dashboard gives viewers an overview of everything they have implemented into the program giving a more comprehensive view of all the results. Seeing all your results in the same place makes it easy to quickly identify which domains have the biggest chance, which you can then use to figure out what you need to do as you implement some action. Your  DSD dashboard also has an option that allows users to slice keywords into the results, giving you more information.

Here is a live example to help you understand how the dashboard operates. Let's pretend that you're using our amazing Semalt DSD tool and you work for a news organization. You type in the domains of authorities in the news industry like ABD, NBC, and Fox into the Dedicated SEO Dashboard and splice the word News onto each. Underneath this text, you will find the results from our analysis with DSD. We are able to learn that Fox has lost a lot of ground in their targeted keywords while ABC and NBC are positively trending in the keyword section. If you plan on competing with these "big dogs" in this market, you can rely on this analysis in two different ways. First, it shows you the things you shouldn't do if you plan on succeeding in this market. Secondly, it shows you areas to capitalize on if you plan on succeeding in this market.

SERP

The search engine result page (SERP) references the results you're likely to obtain when performing a google search. If you click on SERP, a drop-down menu appears with three distinct options, namely:
  • Keywords in TOP: this will give your website or the domain you're analyzing a rank with your core search term and how they are distributed.
  • Best Pages: here, you will discover which pages on your website are top performers and their current ranking.
  • Competitors: you will learn how other websites compete with the keywords you currently rank for.

Webpage Analyzer

Our webpage analyzer feature gives users an optimization score based on several SEO categories. The highest score a webpage can be given is 100, and the higher your score, the better.

Below is an audit of ABC.com. in that report, you will see that they scored 62 out of 100. The image below also shows the key areas with which we analyze a webpage. We have:
  • Audit
  • Successful audits
  • Warnings
  • Basic info

If you click on any of those buttons, you will be taken directly to that specific result so you can analyze more in-depth and identify why your page has that score. As illustrated below

As you can see, this user clicked on the warning tab and was taken to a list of issues Semalt's DSD found on ABC's page. Now you know what is stopping you from ranking on the first page, so you can simply run down the page and figure out a solution for each issue that has been uncovered.

Content

When you click on the content tab, there are two options in its drop-down menu.

  • Page uniqueness check
  • Website uniqueness check
Both of these uniqueness checks essentially serve the same function; they analyze the content on your webpage or website to see how unique they are and how you score with your keywords. However, they do this in different ways.

When you choose the page uniqueness option, Semalt's DSD will do an in-depth analysis of the page you put into the URL bar using the check search engine option of your choice from the drop-down menu.

The website check does a breakdown of all the pages under your home page and breaks down their scores in "Keywords in TOPS".

For users with many webpages on their website, it might be best to use the Website Uniqueness check as opposed to the Page Uniqueness check. But when you want a deeper analysis of any specific page, the Webpage Uniqueness check is the preferred option. Using the page Uniqueness check gives you a percentage score off of 100 and a percentage breakdown on how similar a specific page is to other pages that the search engine has been crawling.

Page speed

The Page Speed will tell you how fast it will take your page to download from a desktop or mobile device. After the page loads your result, it will give you a score and show you how to fix some of the errors that are on your website. Either way, everything is color-coded, so you can easily spot the issues. Green means that there is no issue, orange means that your website is average in that area, and red means that you should fix this issue as soon as possible.

When you are looking at the score - 90-100 is green, 50-89 is orange, and 0-49 is red.

When you scroll down to look at the errors, there are colored dots next to each item. The color of those dots should indicate what you need to look at.

In our ABC screen cap example, you can see that they at least have five red items:

  1. Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy.
  2. Avoid enormous network payloads.
  3. Minimum main-thread work
  4. Reduce JavaScript execution time
  5. Avoid an excessive DOM size.

All five of these items have a drop-down menu that will help you pinpoint where you can fix this issue along with a "learn more link" so you can learn how to fix this issue.

Report Center

And lastly, the Report center can help you create and automate the generation of reports. There are five tabs in the drop-down menu:
  • Create report
  • Create delivery schedule
  • Report delivery schedule
  • White label template
  • Delivery template
Create a report will simply create the report on the spot, Create delivery schedule will automate a report on the date you enter, Report delivery schedule will hold the reports created autonomously, and White label template and Delivery template will customize the reports according to your brand.

Oh, and just in case you need some additional help, each page has an "Open Guide" button on the right side of the page that will walk you through everything. Make sure you pay attention, though, as that button is only available once per page.
